It was the service first culture that lead Garrett back to the Smarter Furnishings team in early 2023. After working on installations teams throughout college, Garrett learned that the installation component of a project carries arguably the greatest weight in terms of customer service.
He learned from Dean and Brian the value of working with a team that cares about each other and how to extend that same care to customer relationships. When a project manager position became open, he jumped at the opportunity to work with his Smarter Furnishings friends again.
