After working in retail management, Caleb seized the opportunity to join Smarter Furnishings full-time as an installer. He quickly learned the complexity of strategic planning, managing budgets, logistics, and customer relations. Today, his role requires him to manage projects for new construction projects, remodels, and existing building furnishings updates.
Caleb has lead the installation team while on-site and through post-project analysis. One project he’s particularly proud of was completed in 2020 under strict COVID-19 restrictions. In full PPE, Caleb and his crew moved and installed furniture in nearly 1,000 student dorm rooms in 100-degree weather. Covered head-to-toe in required protective gear, he was determined to safely meet the deadline and ensure the entire site was 100% ready for move-in day.
As a Senior Project Manager creating smart living and learning spaces as well as delivering service that exceeds expectations are just some of the reasons Caleb loves what he does.
