‘Tis the season to show thanks for those in our lives, and at Smarter Furnishings, we can’t help but think about all of our customers, partners, and team members who helped make 2021 a great year.
Despite challenges we’ve faced brought on by the pandemic, we’re excited to be headed into 2022 with a growing team who’s just as dedicated to serving our customers (and their customers) as ever.
What to expect in 2022
In the New Year, our team will be focusing heavily on improving and streamlining processes. While this can present its own short-term challenges, we’re confident that investing our time in these improvements will benefit our customers and team members long-term.
For our team, this focus on process improvement will enable us to work smarter and faster than ever before. Our customers can also expect enhanced service—something we aim to always be working towards.
From time and cost savings to less stress throughout the entire furnishings process… we’re here to say we’ve got it covered. Because helping our customers rest easy with quality furnishings is at the heart of everything we do.

There’s a time for hard work, and there’s a time for fun! This year, we’re keeping our team’s celebratory traditions alive by safely getting together as a group to eat, share, and be merry! As a team and as individuals, we recognize that we have so much to be thankful for… and one thing in particular that has stood out to us is our valued customer relationships.
For all that you do, thank you!
We want to take this opportunity to thank our customers in the Education, Hospitality, and Behavioral Health industries for their continued support during tough times for all. With supply chain issues affecting all industries, the need for true partnerships, versus the standard customer-supplier relationship, has proved invaluable.
As an example, our partners in the Education industry helped us finish a busy Fall 2021 season strong, and we’re grateful to get to work with property managers, RAs, and teachers who are as committed to student wellness and success as we are.
This same sentiment applies to our partnerships in every industry we serve. Make no mistake… without YOU, we would not be able to do what we do today. So, thank you… and cheers to another 30 years of improved processes, better bottom lines, and successful projects for all.
