Zach Kovacs

Zach Kovacs is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and joined Smarter Furnishings in February 2026. Prior to SF, Zach worked with ZRS Management, a property management company, where he served as a Leasing Agent and Interim Assistant Property Manager. His background in property management strengthened his skills in customer service, communication, time management, and administrative operations—all of which play a key role in his work at Smarter Furnishings.
Zach’s career has consistently focused on customer service, and he brings more than a decade of experience building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients and teams alike. He was introduced to Smarter Furnishings through his childhood best friend, Garrett Oneal, and was drawn to the company’s people‑first culture and commitment to both employees and customers.
Outside of work, Zach is embracing dad life with his son, who turns two in August, and enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs. He’s a passionate sports fan—especially soccer—and proudly supports Auburn athletics. His guilty pleasure is banana pudding, no contest.
Zach values meaningful experiences, whether that’s making memories with loved ones, traveling to new places, or being part of a team that truly cares. He is excited to grow with the Smarter Furnishings family and contribute to something bigger than just a job.
