A born-and-raised Nashvillian, Michelle brings a heart for service, a love for accounting, and a detail-oriented approach to her role at Smarter Furnishings. Her professional journey has included positions with the County School Board and SERVPRO Headquarters, along with time spent as a stay-at-home mom homeschooling her children—what she considers the hardest and most rewarding job she’s ever had.
Michelle was drawn to Smarter by the values she saw in its people and the genuine care the company shows its customers, partners, and team members. She understands that every interaction matters, whether she’s working with a customer, vendor, or coworker, and believes that accuracy, communication, and follow-through behind the scenes are all part of creating a great experience.
Michelle and her family call White House, Tennessee, home. Outside of work, her favorite days are spent with her husband, whether they’re watching football—from Friday night lights to college and the NFL—or keeping up with NASCAR, IndyCar, and Formula One. She’s also a devoted BTS and K-drama fan, with a husband who loves her enough to happily watch along.
