Katie Justice joined Smarter Furnishings in April 2025 and has quickly embraced the team’s collaborative culture. In just a few months, she’s enjoyed diving into her role, getting to know colleagues, and contributing wherever she can.

As Executive Assistant, Katie supports business operations, sales, documentation, and administrative tasks. By handling key behind-the-scenes responsibilities, she helps keep the team organized and focused, ensuring customers enjoy a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. She believes strong customer relationships are built on listening, reliability, and trust—values she strives to bring into her work every day.

Before joining Smarter Furnishings, Katie developed a passion for teamwork and collaboration, appreciating the impact of working alongside people who share knowledge and pitch in to achieve shared goals. That same spirit is what excites her most about being part of the SF family, where she already feels right at home.

Outside the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and friends. She loves exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, curling up with a good book, tackling DIY projects, and tending to her ever-growing collection of plants. Staying active with her community at Burn Bootcamp and cheering on the Nashville Predators are also favorite pastimes. And when it comes to guilty pleasures? Anything 90s—instant nostalgia that never fails to brighten her day.
