Jaclyn Lerner joined Smarter Furnishings in October 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from her career in hospitality. Based in Nashville, TN, Jaclyn previously worked with renowned organizations including Batali & Bastianich Restaurant Group, Patina Restaurant Group / Delaware North, and Boqueria Restaurants.

Her background on the client side gives her a unique perspective when working with customers, ensuring every order is executed to perfection. Jaclyn’s philosophy centers on “Surprise and Delight”—she believes in creating exceptional experiences and addressing issues in the moment to maintain strong relationships.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her husband, their three-year-old son, and their cat. She loves exploring creative hobbies and admits to having a guilty pleasure for collecting craft supplies.
