Holli Benefield is the Director of Residential Spaces & Hospitality at Smarter Furnishings. Her connection to the brand began long before joining, as a college student living on campus with Smarter Furnishings products.

Experiencing their comfort, durability, and style firsthand made it an easy decision to later join the company and help bring that same quality to other communities.

With a background in industrial distribution and business development, Holli brings a unique blend of operational expertise and relationship-building skills to her role. This combination allows her to bridge the gap between manufacturing capabilities and tailored client needs, ensuring projects are managed seamlessly from concept to completion.

As Director of Residential Spaces & Hospitality, Holli partners with universities, developers, and hospitality clients to design and deliver furniture solutions that balance function and aesthetics. She guides clients through forecasting, selection, and streamlined ordering, making sure every project meets deadlines, budgets, and long-term ROI goals. Her goal is to make the process simple, collaborative, and worry-free.

Holli believes customer relationships are built on trust—earned through consistency, transparency, and follow-through. Outside of work, Holli enjoys traveling, exploring wineries, and indulging in a perfectly paired glass of wine with great food and company.
