Drew began his journey as an installer in 2019 then started taking on leadership responsibilities in 2020, and independently led crews from 2021 to 2022.
After a two-year hiatus working with his family's concrete business, he eagerly returned to the team as a Project Manager. His previous installation experience enables him to foster transparency with customers during the installation process.
As a Project Manager, his role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing project completion, with the aim of delivering a well-structured experience for our customers and addressing any inquiries or challenges that may arise.
Drew truly appreciates the genuine, close-knit nature relationship with his colleagues and their readiness to lend a hand whenever needed. As Phil Jackson said, “The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.”
