Avery Binagia

Avery Binagia is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky and joined Smarter Furnishings after being introduced to the company through Jason Moore. After learning more about the opportunity and the team, Avery was excited to take the next step and become part of the Smarter Furnishings family.
Avery graduated in May 2025 from Florida College in Tampa, Florida, earning a degree in Business Administration. She previously worked as an administrative assistant and HR intern at Scallon Controls in Beaumont, Texas, where she gained hands‑on experience supporting purchase orders, internal processes, and cross‑functional teams. She has also worked as a nanny, further strengthening her organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
In her role as an Operations Specialist, Avery supports daily operational processes and helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her focus on accuracy, organization, and clear communication helps create efficient systems that allow the team to better serve customers and deliver a seamless experience.
Originally from Texas, Avery enjoys visiting family as often as possible and recently became an aunt—one of her favorite new roles. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, hiking, playing pickleball, being involved in church, and exploring Nashville. Her guilty pleasure is a trip to the mall, especially if it includes Chick‑fil‑A.
Avery values being part of a family‑oriented company where people support one another and take pride in their work. She’s grateful to be part of Smarter Furnishings and looks forward to contributing to a team where the work feels meaningful every day.
