In his role, Andy is focused on helping the company grow as a market leader by strengthening the sales team, expanding into new markets, and ensuring customers consistently receive high-quality products paired with exceptional service.

Andy believes that listening, observing, and implementing strategic processes are the keys to understanding both customer and team needs. By combining structure with flexibility, he works to create solutions that deliver the best possible experience for everyone involved. For Andy, customer relationships are built on trust, honesty, and open dialogue—foundations that must be established from day one and maintained through integrity and collaboration.

What excites Andy most about Smarter Furnishings is the culture: a family-owned company with long-term employees who genuinely care about the business, their co-workers, and their customers. He values the way that culture shows up daily, not only in how the team supports each other but also in how they prioritize long-term client partnerships.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping, traveling, and boating. He also finds fulfillment in hands-on projects like yard work and working on cars, and he rarely misses an opportunity to catch a good game.
