Organizational Development Coordinator

From coordinating installations to now supporting organizational development, Allison Harvison brings a unique perspective to the Smarter Furnishings team.

Based in Nashville, Allison recently joined Smarter Furnishings full-time after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from Florida College.
Her journey with Smarter Furnishings began in 2024 while working as an installation coordinator alongside Smarter Furnishings install teams. That hands-on experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the customer experience at the final stage of the supply chain and reinforced the importance of creating seamless, stress-free partnerships with property managers and customers alike.

Now serving as Organizational Development Coordinator, Allison is focused on maximizing the HR capabilities for the Smarter Furnishings team. Her goal is simple: make it easier for employees so they can stay focused on delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

For Allison, being part of the Smarter Furnishings family means continuing a strong legacy of customer care, service, and culture while helping the company grow for the future.
