Laura Lyle joined Smarter Furnishings in 2016 after relocating to Birmingham, Alabama with her husband, Landry Lyle, who also works for the company. She began in a part-time accounting role and quickly grew into positions focused on Account Management and customer service.

Her journey through various departments has given her a well-rounded perspective and a deep appreciation for the company’s mission and values.

Today, Laura serves as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, supporting the sales team in fulfilling customer requests, managing service needs, and shaping the marketing and branding that customers see and interact with. Her role is a blend of front-line communication and behind-the-scenes strategy, all aimed at delivering a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Laura’s diverse background has equipped her with the tools to bridge the gap between sales and operations. She’s currently diving deeper into the marketing side of the business to better align internal processes with customer needs. Her approach is rooted in transparency, honesty, and treating every customer interaction as if she were part of their team.
