Laura came to Smarter Furnishings to help ensure customer satisfaction. After starting out in production, she evolved into a position focused on quality assurance during installation. In the past, she’s been mostly involved in “behind-the-scenes” customer service roles. But today, Laura proudly serves as a primary contact for many satisfied customers.
Using a diverse skill set that includes financial and operational experience, Laura brings her passion for effective communication and organization to her project management role. Currently, she’s diving deeper into the production side of things at Smarter Furnishings and how it translates to customer needs. Her goal is to seamlessly bridge the gap between sales and production, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. She believes genuine honesty and real solutions to challenging situations are key in providing customers the kind of experience she would want.
