Fiona joined the Smarter Furnishings team in 2019 to ensure proper operations of the organization. Through communication with management, staff, and vendors, she is able to develop and implement quality assurance protocols to grow the efficiency of processes and pursue strategic objectives.
Having studied in both Vietnam and China, Fiona happily calls Ho Chi Minh City home with her two young daughters and husband Christian.
