Carson began his career as a seasonal installer for Smarter Furnishings in 2009. Since then, he’s served as Operations Manager, responsible for coordinating logistics, warehousing, and installations. His current role, as the Director of Operations, allows him to gain valuable insight into how installation teams fit into the ecosystem of a construction site or property. His primary day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, improving installation efficiency, and overseeing deliveries.
Throughout his years in this industry, Carson developed a higher internal standard for customer care. His goal is to continue building stronger partnerships with customers and vendors by prioritizing accountability for himself and his team during the entire process. From the initial order to the installation date, Carson is here to exceed expectations and ensure success.
