Regina Conklin

Regina Conklin is the Chief Financial Officer at Smarter Furnishings, joining the team in April 2025. She previously worked with CEO Johnny Collins at Dean Foods, and when the opportunity arose to reunite, she was excited to bring her expertise to a company that values both family and faith.

With a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning, Regina has always gravitated toward roles where she can blend numbers with business vision. At Smarter Furnishings, she oversees all aspects of financial management—including accounting, reporting, performance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow—while working closely with leadership to provide financial insights that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term strategy. She believes pricing strategies should always support the success of customers while sustaining the company’s profitability and growth.

Regina appreciates the family-oriented culture at Smarter Furnishings, where meetings begin with prayer and faith is woven into the team’s daily work. For her, it’s a reminder of how important it is to lead with purpose and prioritize people.

Outside the office, Regina enjoys spending time on creative, hands-on projects. She is an avid quilter and fabric enthusiast who loves bringing designs to life on her longarm machine. She also enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, and tackling Sudoku puzzles. Together with her husband, she takes on home renovation projects, from flooring and painting to full kitchen and bathroom remodels. At home, Regina is happiest surrounded by her many beloved furbabies, who make it hard for her to even think about taking an extended vacation.
